National Social Work Month 2024
March 8th, 2024In honor of National Social Work Month, we wanted to introduce our Social Services Designee, Karen! She has held many positions in a skilled nursing facility before ranging from dietary aide, housekeeping supervisor, and medical records, among others.
Her favorite thing about working in skilled nursing is helping older people. She has always been empathetic towards the challenges older adults face and is even more so now that she is getting older as well. She has a special place in her heart for dementia patients, as she has many family members who have dementia. She is a huge Ohio State Buckeyes fan, especially for football. When the game is on, do not disturb her! She also enjoys spending time with her grandkids. Thank you, Karen, for all you do to help our residents.
