I have to say that I was impressed with the staff and care I received from Unit 1 and the others that were involved with my short stay there. And the residents that [I] made friends with and the activities girl, Fran, and all the others at all shifts especially Lisa, the nurse, and Cindy and Megan, and the list goes on and on. I would also like to say I miss the "Arlington Pack" as I called them; some of the residents I made good friends with. Because of the privacy matters I can't mention names but they know who they are. They took me right under their wings and made me feel like I was welcome with no problem. Those people are very special to me. As soon as I get fully back on my feet I will come and visit...And I can't forget the office people and the receptionist in the front entrance. Again, thank you very much.

My experience at Arlington Care Center was positive. The staff of RNs, LPNs, and nurse aides were professional and caring, as were the social workers and physical therapists. The dietary staff provided nutrition meals with variety and appeal. It was a favorable experience to spend my days/nights there recovering from hip replacement surgery, and then onto going home to continue the process.

I entered Arlington 5/28/2018 and went home 6/12/2018. I had the most wonderful staff during this visit. I was also in 2016 and the staff was great…For my favorite people Beth and Sherry are therapists who helped me do the exercise so I could get out faster to come home to my ill husband. These two ladies were a blessing in disguise… I recommend Arlington Care Center to people if they ask me what nursing home I was in.

The Nurses all try very hard to be accommodating. I was take care of well while recovering from knee surgery. Vanessa is one of the RNs. She went over and beyond her regular duties to ensure my comfort and well-being. I was impressed by the sincerity of all the STNA’s. Dorothy and Chelsea were especially kind, as were Mackenzie, Jill and Takayla. Thank you to all of you for as great a stay as possible. Also thank you to Liz (Physical Therapy) and Rae (Occupational Therapy) for a really good job.

We were very happy. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Jen and her helper, Candy, were so sweet. Makes you feel good to see how caring they are. Loved the speech therapist - worked great with Harold. The physical therapists were so good with him. Laughter kept him going. They are wonderful. And tell the cook that Harold loved the food. You all were in contact to make it a great experience. Could not have done it without the Arlington staff.
My husband was here for rehab and had a great recovery in less than a month. Therapy was very good and did a great job getting him up and on his feet. I would recommend it as I was very satisfied with my husband's care.

I must say I got very good care. I was there four different time and each time I got good care. The nurses were very helpful and kind to me. I will miss them. The aides were very good to me and I won't forget them - I'm sure they had to put up a lot from me. I would recommend [Arlington] to other people. A lot stands out to me and I won't forget them.
I just want to say that I am personally happy with the complete care that Ralph received the whole time he was there. He was not only watched over a lot, but also his care was top of the line and very heartfelt. Have to thank Rehab and unit 1 and 2 and 3, especially Venessa from unit 2 and Jen and Matt from 3. Also, Wendy, Tracy, Angela, Violet, Cathy, and Adrienne for talking to us and keeping in touch at all times. Never could have been any better. I will and always recommend Arlington to anyone. I wanted to Thank Arlington for the tremendous job that they have done caring for my beautiful Mom, Elsie. She has gained her wings.
Without the caring and loving treatment that she received from the moment she walked in from Admissions, her care, therapy, social workers, office staff, dietary, just everyone to her final breath, she was always happy and loved. I don't think I could have kept her around this long without and I love each and every one of you!
Special shoutout to Matt (you are a jewel), Jenny, Brittney, Natasha, Irene, Dorothy, Amy, Courtney, Miss Kathy, Nary - just to name a few- there were oh so many that loved her and treated her like their own family which meant a lot. She also loved the Aide Ursula that passed and I know she will be safe and cared for in Heaven with Jesus and she has Ursula too!!

I love how my preferences are heard in regards to meals. I'm happy to be able to speak to our dietary manager and kitchen staff to make sure I am getting tasty and nutritious meals all through my stay. I also loved how clean the facility is and wanted to thank all of the housekeeping staff for helping to make my stay here so enjoyable.

The activities [department] goes the extra mile to help and do what they can to help out - shopping, playing bingo, mailing my letters.
The kitchen has been serving good meals - even their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are good.
Maintenance brought me a new mattress and furnished me with batteries for the remote control. Big thanks to them.
Just want you to know the details - I just need to say "thank you" more often.
P.S. Really appreciate Mary's services. The laundry gets our clothes back fast. Housekeeping works hard too!
The staff at Arlington Care Center were very kind and caring when my friend was dying. Nursing staff stayed at his bedside and held his hand until he passed. The dedicated staff kept me informed of his condition. I sincrerely appreciate the caring staff.
Employees here at Arlington have been very nice. They help me with whatever I need. I try not to bother them too much because they keep very busy and move fast.
There is always something I like and I have plenty to eat. My needs are always met and that’s what is important.

I can not say enough about the wonderful care Mom received at this facility. She had dementia, could be a handful some of the time, but a sweetheart a lot of the time also. Everyone was so nice, caring and helpful to the family and to Mom. Cleanliness was wonderful, they kept her supplied with her loved coffee, the food was great - everything from the front desk staff, accounting, social work, Hospice, nurses and all other staff - we awesome!! When Mom was near the end of her life's journey, so many staff members came in to say a little prayer, give her a forehead kiss, just be there a few minutes and so much more!! I was here about 6 weeks. When I came I couldn’t stand or walk, but with my PT and OT (Tracy and Lana), I am able to walk and transfer and stand. They were excellent teachers and very considerate and personable. The food was very tasteful and we had a good variety. The STNAs are great! Gerald and Seth should get a big raise! I’m a big lady and they were very strong and considerate with my bed baths and showers. Nurses are knowledgeable and helpful with my medications. My room and bathroom were cleaned every day. The Christmas entertainment was beautiful. I was never in any pain. My stay was enjoyable. The office staff was very helpful with my questions and discharge.
