22 Years of Excellence

We want to recognize and congratulate one of our STNA’s Tracy on 22 years of employment here at Arlington Care Center! She took her STNA classes here when first starting her career, and was able to take the state test for STNA certification here as well. Her favorite thing about working here is that she loves her residents. She said she knows it sounds cliche, but it is really the truth. A resident that she cared for in the past affectionately called her “the colonel” because Tracy was always making sure she ate her meals. Stna here 22 years and took her classes here and did her state test here.

During her time off work, she likes to listen to music and hang out with her grandchildren. She has 3 grandchildren, aged 11, 8, and 1.

Tracy has dedicated her life to caring for our residents for the past 22 years. The past 11 years specifically she has worked every weekend. We could not be more grateful for Tracy!
